About us
We are a nonprofit organization that supports poor and underprivileged people. Our goal is to help them achieve lasting and holistic development, regardless of their caste, creed, color, or gender. We empower them to live independently through education, skill development, and economic activities, using Tribal Village Assemblies as instruments of change
Testimonials
I am the only child of my parents. I lost my mother at a very young age, and my father became mentally disturbed after her death. When I was 10 years old and in the 5th grade, CORD took care of my education. From that point onward, all my educational needs were met by CORD. Seven years ago, I completed my General Nursing and Midwifery course. Today, I am working at Fr. Muller Hospital in Mangalore.
Thanks to CORD, my life has been transformed, and I have been able to achieve my dreams.

My sister and I came to the CORD organization when I was in the 8th grade and she was in the 5th grade. Our mother passed away when we were very young, and we faced many challenges, including not having a proper house to stay in, our father’s deteriorating health, and no money for food and education. CORD has looked after all our expenses till date. I am currently studying General Nursing and my sister is completing her 12th grade.
